The matches will be played out between two teams of four players each, with allowance for up to one substitute in each team. There are no entry fees for the tournaments, and the top two teams will win prizes worth up to Rs. 15,000 for both Xbox 360 and PS3. Prizes are being sponsored by Indian game publisher Origin Games. The infrastructure is being provided by Spectranet.

All matches will be livestreamed on Twitch, and the videos on demand will be available on ILG's YouTube channel.
So far, ILG has received confirmation from two Singapore based teams, one Indonesian team and three teams from Pakistan. The last time ILG hosted a Call of Duty tournament, the prize was won by India-based Team WRF for both Xbox 360 and PS3.
