The SteelSeries Sensei has a spartan design philosophy, which ends up making it look like a plain old mouse. However, the tracking accuracy of the Sensei, along with SteelSeries' proprietary additions to the hardware, make it one of the best gaming mice available out there within a reasonable budget. The Sensei has seven programmable buttons along its ambidextrous design.
